Love the staff and their proficiency. Dr. O’Connell is awesome, he listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond. The reason I like Progressive Spine & Rehab is because you feel like your family when you walk in through the door.

I came to see Dr. O’Connell after experiencing nagging low back pain and shoulder pain. Not only did I get a thorough exam and adjustment but he took the time to show me the proper exercises to get better. After just two visits I could tell a tremendous difference. I’ve returned to Crossfit with no issues and am free to do the things I love doing again. I highly recommend him to everyone.
